In addition to the SNUG, we invite you to join us for an OPTIONAL Pre-SNUG Lab: Accelerate Incident Resolution for Agents using AI-ML and Flow Design. This is an intermediate-level workshop. The workshop begins at 10:00 am.

During the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about how to set up Predictive Intelligence to identify patterns in incidents created via email or through the portal
  • Cluster email subject and body text into common incident types
  • Analyze prediction accuracy and tune the model
  • Predict category and assignment group for incidents created via email
  • Create flows to automatically change the value of fields on an incident
  • Identify resolved incidents similar to an open incident and make them available in the Agent Workspace through Agent Assist
  • Identify opportunities for automation by clustering incidents using AI and ML
