Workshop Overview:
Today's leaders are focused on redefining their digital transformation plans, reimagining operations for the future of work, driving cost optimization, streamlining operational efficiencies, and improving employee/customer experiences. Organizations benefit because Hyperautomation increases the synergies between IT Service Management and IT Operations by using AI and automation to predict, prevent, and deflect incidents. Leaders also are trying to understand how they can use Generative AI models such as ChatGPT to improve ServiceOperations.

This workshop is offered to customers to help them develop a greater understanding of GenerativeAI and Hyperautomation, how they can benefit from it, ServiceNow’s approach to Hyperautomation and Generative AI, and what the technology looks (via a hands-on lab). From a ServiceNow perspective, we then want the customer to engage ServiceNow Professional Services or partner consulting to undertake Hyperautomation implementations. During this workshop, we will cover:

• How to harness Hyperautomation for Service Operations to drive better business outcomes
• How to accelerate automation with process mining, AI, and RPA technologies using the Now Platform
• Using Hyperautomation to increase workforce productivity and revenue
• Hands-on process optimization lab to see the technology in action
