Prior to the SNUG, we will be hosting an OPTIONAL Pre-SNUG Lab: CSDM Foundations beginning at 9:30am EST. The Common Service Data Model (CSDM) is the ServiceNow modeling framework within Service Graph, our Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and extension to address the entire Digital Products and Services lifecycle. Combined with the Now Platform, CSDM provides: practical guidance, examples, and product use details to customers who wish to run IT as a business.
