Speaker Bio:

James Blake is an Advisory CISO for ServiceNow covering Europe, Middle East and Africa.

His role involves providing customers with C-level operational context in risk management and security operations. Before joining ServiceNow James led a consulting practice at HP Enterprise which built security operations capabilities end-to-end for over 91 customers, including many FORTUNE/FTSE 100, as well as helping over 200 other organisations transform their operational cybersecurity capability. Prior to HP Enterprise, James was both the Director of Global Cyber Risk for Corporate & Investment Bank and the Global Head of Cyber Security Integration at JPMorgan Chase. He was also the Chief Information Security Officer for Mimecast, a global NASDAQ-listed Software-as-a-Service vendor, where he was responsible for securing the data of millions of customers across 11 data centres in 4 continents.
