In addition to the User Group, join us for the pre-SNUG Automation Engine Workshop - Make work flow by quickly connecting your Workflows to any system and automating routine, UI-centric tasks.
In this hands-on workshop, we will demonstrate you can connect any of your ServiceNow Workflows or Applications to any 3rd Party applications using our new Automation Engine capabilities (RPA, DocIntel, IntegrationHub). In addition to presentation and demos, there will be a hands-on lab on which you will create your first RPA robot using ServiceNow’s RPA capabilities. Please bring your laptop.
You will learn how to:
- Connect ServiceNow to modern systems with out-of-the-box spokes
- Integrate legacy, homegrown or niche systems using Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Remove manual and repetitive actions
- Efficiently extract information from documents
As this is a hands-on workshop, don’t forget to bring your laptops or devices!
